Evolights Neo Beam 200W is a professional stage LED moving head with a 200-watt LED light source, a color temperature of 9500 Kelvin and an LED ring that shines in the RGB color palette. The head is equipped with a 13-color wheel, a rotational gobo wheel with 14 modern patterns that shape the light beam as well as 2 rotating prisms that split the light beam. The sharpness of the light spot can be adjusted using an electronic focus. Evolights Neo Beam 200W is a beam head with a beam angle of 2 degrees, which results in a powerful light beam focus, allowing you to achieve maximum brightness in a small area ✅. Additional features that guarantee the enormous variety of lighting effects that can be created with this device include a prism overlap effect, a Frost filter, a rainbow effect and an adjustable strobe. A wide range of vertical and horizontal movements allows you to illuminate a very large area.

Evolights Neo Beam 200W LED head is characterized by very high quality manufacturing and electronic components. The device has a very solid housing equipped with handles for easy transport and installation on lighting trusses and stage trusses ✅. At the back of the head there are powercon power sockets (including a “power linking” connector for direct voltage transfer from device to device), as well as a 3-pin XLR input and output for controlling the LED head via the DMX protocol. The front control panel has a color LCD display and 5 buttons for navigating the menu and selecting one of the four available operation modes:

auto – in this mode, the device operates autonomously based on built-in algorithms responsible for movement and lighting;
sound – sound control mode, using a highly sensitive microphone installed in the housing;
master/slave – synchronous operation mode, in which devices are connected to each other in groups using DMX sockets and cables, and the operation of the first head in the line is replicated by the other devices;
DMX – when external controllers and control panels are used to control the operation of the lights.

⭐ DMX and RDM control – bidirectional communication

The individual features of Evolights Neo Beam 200W can be controlled using controllers that support the standard DMX protocol, as well as via RDM mode (Remote Device Management) ✅. The latter control mode offers an improvement to the DMX protocol by adding bidirectional communication between lighting controllers and connected RDM-compatible devices. It can be achieved using standard DMX512 cables. The RDM protocol enables bidirectional communication, which offers many advantages and is particularly useful for setting addresses and other features.
